Kristen Fox to Step Down as Womentum Executive Director Following Period of Growth and Innovation
Fox strengthened the organization’s flagship nine-month mentoring program, expanded its philanthropic support, and deepened its presence in the Jackson community. Under her leadership, giving through the June Luncheon and Old Bill’s Fun Run reached record levels, and Womentum hosted Jackson’s first-ever keynote delivered in Spanish with live interpretation — a milestone that welcomed more women into the organization’s programs and events.

In their annual Volunteer Edition, the Jackson Hole News & Guide features four Alumnae of Womentum’s Womentoring program: mentor Katharine Conover and mentee Melissa Turley from the pilot 2007 cohort, as well as mentor Sarah Kraemer and mentee Miki O’Connell from the 2024 cohort.
