Join Womentum on Thursday, April 16 from 6-7:30 at The Jackson Hole Community School for Womentum’s spring workshop. How Much Are You Worth? will be facilitated by Womentoring Alumna and business founder Barbara Hoeft.

This workshop will support both employees and employers in identifying meaningful metrics for valuing contributions within an organization. Every company and every individual brings a mix of tangible and intangible value — from measurable outputs to leadership, collaboration, and culture-building. Using storytelling, basic financial analysis, and personal experience, business founder and mentor Barbara Hoeft will offer practical tools to help individuals better understand and articulate their worth, while also guiding organizations in showcasing the full scope of their compensation and value exchange.

The session will also explore how to give and receive feedback effectively, develop personal performance plans, and understand models such as profit-sharing programs. Participants will leave with a more holistic understanding of value — and the confidence and language to advocate for it.
