Tibby Plasse, a contributor to the Jackson Hole News & Guide, connected with Womentum Program Director Elisabeth Rohrbach for the April 15, 2026 issue of the Jackson Hole News & Guide regarding Womentum’s upcoming workshop How Much Are You Worth facilitated by Womentoring Alumnae and business founder Barbara Hoeft.
The workshop was born directly from Barbara’s mentorship in Womentum’s program, Womentoring, where she supported her mentee in helping quantify her professional contributions. In doing so, the mentee improved her capacity to demonstrate her value to the business and to advocate for herself. Rohrbach continued,
We saw how impactful that one-on-one work was and asked Barbara if we could bring it to more women. This topic is deeply aligned with our mission, equipping attendees with the knowledge, confidence and tools to advocate for themselves and truly thrive.
This workshop reflects Womentum’s commitment to connecting and inspiring women to thrive as leaders. Covering a spectrum of topics, Womentum has offered training, including career development, public service, professional empowerment, philanthropy and community building.
Womentum is committed to hosting accessible and inclusive programming. This workshop, along with all of Womentum’s programs, are offered at a discounted registration fee. Additionally, scholarships are offered and made possible through the generosity of donors. Make a gift today to sponsor a woman’s seat at a future workshop so she can learn, connect, and grow.
