Full Schedule Announced for the 2025 Teton Leadership Summit

The Teton Leadership Summit, a partnership between Womentum and Central Wyoming College’s Teton Leadership Center, addresses and illustrates how leadership is no longer about lone heroes. It’s about shared purpose and communities that rise together, resulting in collective power.

That’s why this year’s theme – “Uniting for Impact” – challenges the solo-star mindset and invites emerging and established leaders (we’re looking at you: entrepreneurs, students, public servants and community builders) to discover and build the muscle of shared action.

Why You Should Be There

If you believe leadership is about lifting others, transforming systems, and building community this Summit is built for you. Whether you’re guiding volunteers, leading teams, or trying to make your mark locally or globally, this event is designed to connect heart with action.

This isn’t your usual “sit down and listen” leadership event. It’s a gathering of people who believe that we get there together

As 2024 attendee Professional Leadership, Team Building Coach and Facilitator Casey Sedlack explained,

The Leadership Summit was downright transformational. The speakers were inspiring and the networking opened up doors that likely would have passed me by. The attendees were passionate, care about their communities, and were eager to make a difference. It’s amazing what you can grow and sow from these kinds of connections.

Bring your curiosity, come ready to question assumptions, and leave with a clearer path to collective impact.
