Alyson Spery – Jackson Town Council Member Alyson Spery is a social worker and educator-turned-documentary filmmaker who has produced work for national outlets such as StoryCorps, Field of Vision, Al Jazeera, and PBS. In February 2025, Alyson was appointed to Jackson’s Town Council.
Her professional experience ranges from wilderness education and youth development to the service industry in hospitality and aviation. In 2019, she founded DIY Docs, a nonprofit film education and production organization whose project, The Sister Cities Docuseries, explores the interwoven communities of Jackson Hole and Tlaxcala, Mexico. Through this initiative, Alyson taught first-time filmmakers in English and Spanish to shoot, direct, and edit their own short documentaries.
Alyson led the local edition of StoryCorps’ One Small Step, fostering civil dialogue between people with opposing political and religious views. Continuing through the 2024 election, she connected local candidates with voters, broadcasting their conversations on KHOL. It was then she began considering public office—initially believing someone else should step up!
Alyson is a Mentor in the 2025 Womentoring cohort.
Amy Flores-Renova – Teton County Fair Board Vice Chair Vice Chair of the Teton County Fair Board, having served since 2021. She serves as the Middle School Representative on the Family Advisory Council and has been involved with JH Bronc Backer since 2019. Her love for God and faith have helped guide her as a Sunday school teacher for the past fifteen years. She is passionate about keeping the “Western Way of Life” and agriculture strong and thriving within our community. Since 2022 she has led and coordinated the Teton County Fair and Rodeo Royalty program, this program encourages young women to find their voice and confidence not only in the sport of rodeo but throughout various community platforms.
Amy is a proud Latina and aspires to help inspire Latinas to become leaders in our community. “Es un orgullo para mi poder decir que soy Latina.” Seventeen years ago, Amy took a chance on a good-looking cowboy from Chihuahua, Mexico, and became his bride. Together, they are raising their three sons (the World needs more Cowboys). Amy enjoys trail rides with her horse Fabio, traveling (beaches), and dinner dates with friends.

Hailey Morton Levinson – Former Mayor of Jackson As the former Mayor of Jackson Hole, WY, and the proprietor of Inn on the Creek, Hailey blends her passion for community service with a deep-rooted commitment to hospitality and small business. With over a decade in local government, she is dedicated to fostering inclusive, vibrant communities and empowering women to step into leadership roles.
Graduating from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and holding an MBA from the University of Wyoming, her academic journey has equipped her with the skills to navigate complex political landscapes and drive meaningful change.
Hailey was a Mentee in the 2013 Womentoring cohort.
Melissa Turley – Former Jackson Town Council Member & Former Teton County Commissioner Melissa Turley, principal of m.e.t. solutions and Executive Director of Energy Conservation Works served a decade on the Jackson Town Council and Teton County Commission. She was Executive Director of the Teton Village Association Improvement & Service District, and appointed to the Jackson Hole Airport Board in 2023. Melissa has helped found and served as a Director for several local nonprofits, including Womentum, is an alumna of Leadership Wyoming, a mother on one son, and her favorite place to be is on a mountain bike.
Melissa is an Emerita Board Member of Womentum. She was a Founder and Board Member until 2014, a Mentee in the 2007 Womentoring pilot program, Mentor in the 2010 cohort, and Womentum’s Administrative Coordinator for several years.
Natalia Macker – Teton County Board of Commissioners Member Natalia D. Macker is a member of the Teton County Board of Commissioners, where she has served since 2015, including as Chairwoman from 2019-2022. She was elected President of the Wyoming County Commissioners Association’s (WCCA), the first Teton County Commissioner and second woman to hold the post. Her public service extends across the state as a gubernatorial appointee to the Wyoming Community College Commission, the Wyoming Council for Women (chairwoman), and the DEQ’s Land Quality Advisory Board (vice-chair).
A proud mom of three sons, Natalia is deeply engaged in the community through a variety of activities, from the Rotary Club to the Wyoming Women’s Action Network. Outside of public service, she is the Producing Artistic Director of Off Square Theatre Company where she collaborates to bring arts education to youth and professional theater experiences to the region. She holds a BA cum laude from Yale University.
As part of Womentum’s 2021 Leadership Summit Natalia interviewed Judge M. Margaret McKeown, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
Sue Muncaster – Victor Idaho City Council Member Victor City Council Member Sue Muncaster has spent the past 35 years in the outdoor adventure tourism industry as a skiing, trekking, raft guide, business owner, and freelance writer. Through her communications consulting business, Teton Strong, she strives to inspire others to interact with each other and the environment with greater consciousness and care by highlighting the mental, physical, and spiritual practices and rich experiences of a values-driven outdoor lifestyle. She’s the co-founder of Teton Family Magazine and Slow Food in the Tetons and recently worked on a team to develop a Sustainable Destination Management Plan for the Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board and is currently doing the same for the City of Taos. Sue is a Colorado native but has been in the Tetons for twenty-five years. She holds a BA from Stanford University, is the mother of two children and two dogs, loves to cook, and plays outside every single day.
