Elisabeth Rohrbach Program Director
Elisabeth Rohrbach joined Womentum after a path shaped by connection, community, and a deep belief in the power of women supporting women. In 2010, what began as a single unforgettable winter in Jackson Hole turned into something much more lasting—she left San Francisco behind and made the mountains home.
She first experienced Womentum as a mentee in the 2014 cohort, where many of her most meaningful relationships were formed and the trajectory of her career began to shift. She describes that experience as foundational, reinforcing the idea that having someone in your corner—truly rooting for you—is a game-changer.
Years later, her mentor nominated her to join the Board of Directors, where her commitment to Womentum deepened even further. Today, Elisabeth plays a central role in guiding the organization’s programming, walking alongside each cohort of 30 women with intention, care, and a genuine belief in their potential.
Elisabeth is driven by the opportunity to create the same kind of impact in others’ lives that Womentum had on hers. For her, it is both a privilege and a responsibility to help foster a space where women feel supported, seen, and inspired to grow—together.
